1. General Provisions

1.1. PROFESSIONAL BASKETBALL CLUB CSKA LLC, a legal entity incorporated in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, Registration Number 1067760372778, Tax Number 7714672917, Registration reason code 772601001, with its registered office at: 125167, Russia, Moscow, Leningradsky prospect, 39, building 3, contact phone +7 (495) 225 2662, working hours from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays (hereinafter referred to as “the Club”), offers the Internet users (hereinafter – “the User”) to use the Club's services on its official website cskabasket.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”) under the terms and conditions set forth herein (hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement").

1.2. The use of the Club's Website services (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”) is governed by this Agreement and by the terms of use of certain services placed on the website. The agreement may be amended unilaterally by the Club; a new version comes into force from the moment of its publication on the website.

1.3. By going through registration procedure on the Website, the User shall be deemed to have accepted the terms of this Agreement in full without any limitations or exceptions. If the User does not agree to any provisions of this Agreement, the User must not use the Services. If the Club makes any amendments as prescribed by Clause 1.2 hereof to which the User does not agree, the User shall cease to use the Services.

2. User registration. User Account

2.1. To use the Services, the User shall complete registration to create a unique account. The list of Services available upon registration of the User will be established by the Club.

2.2. Upon registration on the official website of the Club, the User is requested to fill out a registration form with the following data (hereinafter “Registration Information”):

  • User E-mail (used for authorization);
  • Password (to log in to the account);
  • Nickname (public username displayed on the website);
  • Name;
  • Surname;
  • Patronymic (if available);
  • Date of Birth;
  • Gender;
  • Mobile Phone;
  • City (optional field);
  • Country (optional field);
  • Whether the User is a CSKA fan (optional field).

2.3. The User is solely responsible for the relevance of registration information provided.

2.4. The Club may use registration information of the Users for the following purposes:

2.4.1. Providing the User with personalized Services;

2.4.2. Communicating with the User, including notification, requests and information regarding the use of the Services, provision of services and processing of requests and applications from the User (for example, if the User forgets his password requested for certain Services);

2.4.3. Improving quality and convenience of services, developing new services;

2.4.4. Conducting statistical and other studies to determine information required by the Users;

2.4.5. Advertising, newsletters concerning Club Services and special offers, products and services of selected partners within the limits permitted by applicable law.

2.5. The User should select his nickname (a unique public symbol name of the user account) and password to access the account.

2.5.1. The Club may prohibit the use of certain Nicknames.

2.5.2. If two or more users registered visually identic Nicknames and the conflict situation happens, the priority will be given to the user who registered the Nickname earlier.

2.5.3. The Club may establish password requirements (length, permissible symbols, etc.).

2.6. The User shall be responsible for security (resistance to guessing) of the chosen password and independently ensures its confidentiality. The User is not allowed to share his password with anyone.

2.7. Unless the contrary is proved by the User, any actions performed with the use of his login and password are deemed to be committed by the User. The User is obliged to immediately notify the Club of any unauthorized access to the Club's Services through his account and / or any breach (suspicion of breach) of confidentiality of his password, as well as immediately change his password through his personal account. In case of failure to notify or denial to change the password, the User will be solely responsible for the actions performed through his account. For security reasons, the User shall securely log out (Log Out button) after completing each session of operating the Club’s Services.

2.8. The club owns exclusive rights to the Website content and its certain elements, including the Services (unless otherwise specifically mentioned in published materials). The User is not allowed to reproduce, distribute or otherwise use the Website content, unless it is authorized by the Club or directly stated by terms of use of a certain Service.

2.9. Should the Club consider the content published by the User contradicting the Club’s interests or current legislation, the Club has the right to block or delete the User's account and all data provided by the User, as well as prohibit access through the account to certain Club services and to remove any content posted by the User without any explanations.

2.10. The User may at any time delete the account through a function on the account management page.

2.11. The User account should be deleted as follows:

2.11.1. The account is blocked for a period of 30 days, during which the user data is not deleted, but access to such information is not available to the User (the account holder). If within such period the User’s account is restored, access to such information will be renewed to the extent available upon blocking. To restore the account, the User should contact the support service at webmaster@cskabasket.com from his e-mail address mentioned in registration form, specifying nickname of the account to be restored;

2.11.2. If the account is not restored within the specified period, it shall be deleted.

2.11.3. Deletion of the User’s account will lead to irretrievable removal of the User's personal data except for his nickname. After the account has been deleted, the User’s nickname may not be used for another account.

2.11.4. User's account removal, initiated by the Club due to the reasons mentioned in chapter 2.9, will lead to placement of the User's registration e-mail to the website's black list. Upon the removal the e-mail address will not be available to use for the website registration. All other registration data will be removed due to terms of 2.11.3. 30-days restoration option will be unavailable in this case.

2.12. If the User does not wish to receive mail from the services of the Club, he may refuse to receive it as follows:

2.12.1. To unsubscribe from the mailing list, the User should click the "Unsubscribe" link in any letter received from the Club, or contact the Support Service via email at webmaster@cskabasket.com.

2.13. The User has no right to publish on the website any material that:

  • violates current legislation of the Russian Federation, includes threats and insults, discredits others, violates the rights of citizens to privacy, incites hatred or violence, etc.;
  • contains personal data of third parties;
  • advertises goods, works, services of third parties;
  • is an exclusive property of third parties without obtaining consent from the right holder.

2.14. By publishing materials on the Website, the User grants the Club a free, permanent, irrevocable non-exclusive right to use (reproduce, distribute, process, bring to public knowledge, etc.) these materials worldwide for the entire period of copyright protection according to the legislation of the Russian Federation.

3. Third parties websites

3.1. This Agreement is applicable only to the Services of the Club. The Club does not control and does not bear responsibility regarding third party websites that the User may access through any links available on the website and within the Club Services. The User’s information may be collected or requested on such websites, as well as other actions may be performed.

4. Processing the User's registration information and transferring it to third parties

4.1. The User’s registration information is maintained in confidence, i.e. information provided during registration will not be transferred to third parties without the User’s consent, unless otherwise stipulated by current legislation of the Russian Federation.

4.2. Should the User willingly make his details available to the general public when using certain Services (for example, Comments on news or Guestbook), the User agrees that such part of the information provided by him (including personal information) becomes publicly available.

5. Modification of registration information by the User

5.1. The User may at any time change (update, supplement) personal information or its part by editing the registration data through his personal account.

5.2. Partial deletion of registration information from the account is not allowed (except for optional fields). The User can delete the provided registration information by deleting the entire account, according to the procedure described in clause 2.11.

6. User Personal Information Protection Measures

6.1. The Club shall take necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect confidentiality of the User personal information.

7. Amendments to the Agreement. Applicable Law

7.1. The Club has the right to amend this Agreement. After the amendment, the latest revision date shall be specified in the updated version. The new version of the Agreement shall become effective upon its publication, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement. The current version shall be always available at: https://cskabasket.com/user/?a=agreement&lang=en.

7.2. This Agreement and relations between the User and The Club arising out of the Agreement shall be governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
