Our team played the friendly game with VEF Riga in the mode of closed practice in Vilnius yesterday. Due to the agreement of the sides the game consisted of four 10-minute quarters which ended 73-73.

In the first game of preparation period CSKA coaching staff used all the 11 players who practice on the camp (Alexander Gudumak left to Kaunas to participate in U18 All-Star Game festivities).
Army team was up by 17 during the game but Riga side managed to break the game and got the 2-point lead in the end. Voronov tied the score with driving layup. CSKA had a possession on the last seconds but Latvians used their right to foul and did not let the opponents to finish it with a good shot.
