Two-point advantage with two games left in the Euroleague regular championship are leaving some space to breath but they don't let CSKA be relaxed. Only our team's win will leave Panathinaikos with no chance to reach the top.

CSKA will probably miss two forwards. Andrei Kirilenko still did not gain the shape after injury despite his participation in the game in Khimki. Andrei Vorontsevich rehabs after tearing the soleus muscle in his right foot. They will be a gametime decision.

“The reigning Euroleague champions are visiting us”, – CSKA head coach Jonas Kazlauskas said. “Panathinaikos is one of the best teams in the continent and it is playing good basketball lately. They lost just two games in our group yet, and both of them were tough battles – against us in Athens and against Brose Baskets in Bamberg. They are also successful in their domestic league – they defeated their main opponent Olympiacos recently. Panathinaikos is able to keep the core of the team and its coach, they understand each other very well – which is what we lack right now. Besides, our many injuries are forcing us out of rhythm. We just found the way to play without Andrei Kirilenko, but now we lost our key reserve Andrey Vorontsevich and got back Kirilenko and Darjus Lavrinovic who are not in their best shape yet. We are fighting for first place, so the game is very important for both teams. I am sure that all of my players will be extremely focused.”
