Spartak-Primorye returned to Russian basketball elite after two missed seasons. The team from Vladivostok will face CSKA in Moscow in BEKO PBL game.
The returnees already surprised Russian League by beating a couple of favorites. Spartak is just behind CSKA in league's standings now.
“First of all I'd like the team to show the same approach and quality which we had in our previous game vs Panathinaikos,” – CSKA head coach Jonas Kazlauskas said. “Secondly, the team from Vladivostok defeated UNICS at home and Khimki in away game, thus proving that they have to be respected. I am sure, that our players know it very well and they will approach the game seriously.”
