BEKO PBL championship continues for our team with the visit to St. Petersburg. Army men went there today by Transaero charter plane.
“Spartak is a very dangerous team, especially at home”, - CSKA head coach Jonas Kazlauskas said. “We felt it already this season when we lost in St. Petersburg in VTB League game. The game is very important for us as we aim to keep the leading position in Russian league. At the same time I’d like to mention that we have not so good schedule right now: after tight schedule in the end of March we are playing one in 10 days now.”
Ramunas Siskauskas sustained right foot muscles’ injury during the practice and will miss the game. Anton Ponkrashov and Dmitry Sokolov were also left in Moscow.
