Almost no break

Without taking a breather after the spectacular showdown in Istanbul our team prepares to meet Spartak St. Petersburg on its floor.

Zoran Erceg (torn Achlles) is the only injured player on CSKA roster. Newcomer Dionte Christmas started practicing with the team but will be left off the roster on Sunday.

“We don’t have enough time to prepare for the game well, now it is more important to rest the players who played significant minutes in Istanbul", - CSKA head coach Ettore Messina said. "I hope we can take motivation from the good game our team played against Besiktas. Spartak is playing well right now, coach Jure Zdovc is doing a good job in building the team. We should be extremely attentive to their pick-n-rolls and aggressive defense.”
