Ettore Messina left Moscow for this weekend for family reasons leaving Quin Snyder at helm. Victor Khryapa will be the only player unavailable – the captain will supposedly join the team for practices next Tuesday.
“After a great effort by our team vs PAO in Euroleague we would like to build on our progress and to continue improving our game”, CSKA coach Quin Snyder said. “We will focus on our own goals and one of them is to let the players coming off injuries and the ones who did not play much recently to receive more time on the floor. Minsk got a big win last week, they changed their roster significantly so we have to prepare well and be ready to play at a high level”.
