Nobody played against CSKA more that Brose Baskets this season. The teams will meet for the fourth time and the game will definitely be as interesting as all others.

“We played against Brose Baskets three times this year and every time it was a close game”, CSKA head coach Ettore Messina said. “So I expect it to be difficult. Brose is the team which scores easily, so defense will be the key. We have to rebound well, to control the tempo and to move the ball on offense. We have to play without Victor Khryapa again. He continues his rehabilitation, he participates in practices but he is clearly not ready to play yet. Still he will travel with the team to Bamberg and stay on the bench because his leadership is very important for us.”

Thus only Evgeny Voronov and Anton Ponkrashov stayed in Moscow. Alexander Gudumak who participated in the afternoon practice went to Domodedovo with his teammates but took the flight to Samara to join junior team.
