As in the game in Moscow Nymburk had the chances to beat CSKA for three quarters and a half. The army men made the run in the end to win.

Nymburk vs. CSKA: 63-76 (+13)

Ettore Messina, CSKA head coach:
We knew that this game is special for Nymburk but it was special for CSKA as well because the arena is memorable for the club. During the past season the opponents proved that they can fight with European top-teams. And it was difficult for us to play in just two days after the game against Zalgiris. I am happy with the way the team played for three quarters. Still in the end of the third quarter we had problems attacking the zone, did not shoot well, did not move the ball properly. But the team adjusted, played focused in the key moments. Besides Zoran Erceg gave us good minutes. I liked that the team played together in the difficult episodes, the players were willing to help each other. If we continue like this we can open some great opportunities for ourselves.
