The big friend of our club, NASA astronaut Chris Cassidy sent the video-message from the Earth orbit just before the completion of his mission.
Chris visited USH CSKA several times during the preparation to Expedition 36 in Zvezdny Gorodok. The crew from International Space Station is about to land, and our club wishes Pavel Vinogradov, Chris Cassidy and Alexander Misurkin soft landing!
Expedition 36 takes advantage of the space station's unique microgravity environment and expands the scope of research. The crew performed experiments that cover technology development, physical sciences, human research, biology and biotechnology and Earth observations. The crew was also engaged in educational activities.
