Maybe Partizan is not a Euroleague favorite this season but the upcoming game is a matter of principle for CSKA after the visit to Belgrade.

“The fact that Partizan is the only team to beat us in this Top 16 says a lot about the importance of this game.” CSKA head coach Ettore Messina said. “As it is always when you face Partizan you have to expect physical game with defense and rebounding playing major role for the outcome. Without constant focus throughout all 40 minutes we cannot expect to beat the opponents.”

The schedule allowed the Army Men to have short vacations after the game in Kaunas. The team returned to practices on Monday. All 14 players are available for the game.
