Young player was on the main team’s roster last year, he participated in 4 games (2 points, 3 rebounds, 7.5 minutes in total) but played for the junior team more often averaging 15.6 points, 6.3 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 1.8 steals and 0.6 blocked shots in 29 games. One of the most promising alumni of the Army Men junior project signed new 5-year contract with CSKA this summer. Gudumak also made his debut for the Russian National Team (reserve roster) and was named the MVP of the traditional Stankovic Cup in China.
Alexander will join Avtodor in September. He will start his preseason preparations with CSKA to allow renewed coaching staff to estimate his skills.

Sincerely I am a little bit nervous because I spent all my basketball life in CSKA and I have to leave the club for the first time. Still I understand that I need good experience on highest level to mature, to improve my skills. I am leaving to come back.
