Dimitris Itoudis, CSKA head coach:
Congratulations to the team, the win is a win. We finished the tournament by beating good opponents. We are glad obviously but we will continue to improve the quality of our game, we will analyze the material we got. We felt tired and this is normal because we are 21 days away from home, from our families, you have to remember this. Our only target was to stay together, to help each other, to test our advantages and disadvantages, to find team chemistry. We showed character even without several key players, we were down during the final game but we made a run off our defense. Vorontsevich and Korobkov made some key buckets and Teo gave them the ball. Kaun had some ankle pain after yesterday’s game, Zozulin had knee problem, and we wanted to chek how they feel during the warmup. But in the end we moved to Plan B and it worked.
