On Saturday CSKA junior team head coach Leonid Spirin and CSKA forward, One Team Ambassador Victor Khryapa held a clinic for ’Nash Dom’ (Our Home) social center. This event was a part of Euroleague One Team program.
Eight kids of Our Home visited CSKA facility where they had a chance to watch the practice of the Army Men. After that Leonid Spirin and Victor Khryapa told boys and girls about the main basketball elements, they started the practice with warm-up which all of the kids can use in their lives as morning exercises and before going in for sports.
After warm-up junior team coach showed how to hold the ball properly and to do steps. Junior team CSKA players Timofey Yakushin and Kirill Mikheyev helped to demonstrate exercises and to correct the actions. Then kids were divided into two groups: Victor Khryapa Team and CSKA Junior Players Team where the main roles were played by two girls. In such rosters boys and girls competed in free throw contest where the Team of Juniors prevailed. After all the guests just played basketball and not only had fun and charged lots of energy but also presented everybody good mood for all day long. Kids had a photo set with their coaches and had memorable presents from CSKA.
