Dimitris Itoudis, CSKA head coach:
Congratulations to my team, most of the game we played pretty good basketball. For sure, we have reserves on defense but we won second and third quarters combined with 48-21 score. And in the end we shared the minutes and was not so focused, making some stupid turnovers and allowing easy baskets. But it would be different in tougher situation, and I know that we can play better.
This is just 1-0, and we have long series ahead. Panathinaikos did not show real picture in Game 1, they are better than you saw, they definitely miss injured Slaughter. Still PAO has a number of mature, experienced players, and they will show it in Game 2. We said in the locker room that we have to play with the same hunger, motivation and concentration to win again.
