CSKA guard Vitaly Fridzon and One Team manager Yakov Tarasov visited Moscow Suvorov military school and held a clinic for the 8th grade pupils – a lot of them are from dysfunctional families or left without parental care.
Boys did a traditional warm-up which is important to do before any practice even at school before any practices in gym. Students trained one of the important elements – passes in pairs with right and left hands. Fridzon’s partner had to take only left-handed passes because Vitaly’s right one is in a cast. During the class Fridzon spoke with the boys, answered questions and helped them to do all the drills correctly. Students made passes also in action trying making no traveling and score. Such drill is making children to communicate on the court, understand each other and form team spirit. They paid a lot of attention to make two steps shots and free throws. Vitaly Fridzon demonstrated the correct moves with his left hand during the shooting. In the end boys thanked Vitaly for the visit and made the photos.
