Our team’s forward Alexander Gudumak will play on loan for Nizhny Novgorod next season.

The Army Men junior project alumni spent one season with the main team (2013-14) and played on loan since then to gain experience. In two years he appeared in Avtodor, Krasnye Krylia and Sakhalin uniforms. He won Russian Superleague 1 and was named the playoffs MVP with Sakhalin.

Gudumak averaged 18.4 points, 7.6 rebounds and 0.4 blocked shots in the Superleague 1 regular season and raised the numbers to 21.4 points, 8.9 rebounds and 0.9 blocked shots in the postseason.

We wish Alexander to continue to progress, to live up to potential of one of the most talented “bigs” in the country
and to return to the leading role on CSKA team.
