Dimitris Itoudis, CSKA head coach:
Big congratulations to my team. We were very good for three quarters. We probably damaged our picture a little bit in the second quarter when we had a bad balance, which started from our bad offense. We gave them a lot of easy points, and we did not even force them to sweat defensively in that second quarter. We became a team of one pass, and that is not our game. Our game is based on a good creation, and good ball movement with good space. But for 30 minutes we did play good, we had players step up and play really good basketball. For sure, this is another good win for us in this marathon with still a lot of games to go. A lot of good things happened tonight that will help us to study the game. This is our destiny, to fight and fight and fight. The crowd was very good and helped the team. We gave up 34 points in the second half, which is almost the same what we gave up in the second quarter. In the first and last quarter we gave up 22 points combined, that is when our defense worked perfectly. We changed a lot of defenses in regards of who we had on the court, and who they had on the court. That was good to see.
