Dimitris Itoudis, CSKA head coach:
I would like to obviously congratulate my team for the win, the fight and the spirit we had. We played against a great team with a big motivation. I think that, overall, the game was very attractive for basketball fans. We have controlled most of the game. Obviously, they came on strong in the third quarter and hit some big shots at the end of the shot clock and that gave them a boost, and also played some good defenses. We had some unforced errors, but the most important thing – and you could see it in my players’ eyes – was that we kept our composure. We have kept our trust between us and in the plan, defensively and offensively. We executed great things. Definitely, I am happy about the way we came back on track and beat a team that has big ambitions, quality, size and were playing at home. That talks a lot about how my players responded and I congratulate them once again for that.
