Dimitris Itoudis, CSKA head coach:
Congratulations to the players. We obviously dominated, we played better than Gran Canaria and deserved the victory. Our players did great job on the mindset offensively and defensively. Gran Canaria has talent, they were making shots, they executed plays, they lacked Pasecniks so they used Tillie at 5 on pick-and-pops. But we adjusted well and brought the game to the point where we needed it. We were productive, played in transition, five-on-five, we let Lopatin and Khomenko make their debuts, Khomenko also scored first points. Congratulations also to the fans, who supported us well and who watched good performance by our team.
