Dimitris Itoudis, CSKA head coach:
Congratulations to the team, we controlled the game from the beginning, we were up 19 points with 7 minutes. Milan is one of the most talented offensive teams with lots of offensive options. We haven’t really felt pressure, we controlled the boards winning rebounding battle by doubling the opponents’ numbers, our guards controlled tempo, played smart, created situations for our bigs who were alone under the basket many times because of that. We slowed down in the final 7 minutes, but it was not so much threat. In this EuroLeague it is not easy to have stretches like us or Milan who won 5 games in a row before that. I would like to congratulate women on the International Women Day and thank our fans who created great atmosphere.
