A creative virtuoso whose distinctive style matches his unique game, point guard Sergio Rodriguez made history in the 2010s as the first Spaniard to win Turkish Airlines EuroLeague titles with two different teams. He did much more, however, playing four championship games among six Final Fours over his eight full seasons this decade and winning the 2013-14 MVP award without having started a single game for Real Madrid that season.

Between 2011 and 2016, Rodriguez and Real reached four Final Fours together. “El Chacho” had 17 points in the 2013 championship game but Real fell to Olympiacos Piraeus despite leading by 17 through one quarter. After being voted the 2013-14 MVP with averages 14.0 points and 4.9 assists, he scored 21 in the 2014 final but Real lost to Maccabi Tel Aviv in overtime. It all clicked in 2015, when Rodriguez had 11 points and 4 assists to help lead Real past Olympiacos to win its first EuroLeague title in 20 years.

OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENTS
- EuroLeague Champion 2015, 2019
- EuroLeague MVP, 2013-14
- All-EuroLeague First Team, 2013-14
- All-EuroLeague Second Team, 2017-18
- EuroLeague October 2019 MVP

Rodriguez returned to the EuroLeague in 2017 and reached consecutive Final Fours with CSKA Moscow, lifting the trophy in 2019 as he averaged 13.8 points and 4.9 assists. Now playing for AX Armani Exchange Olimpia Milan, Rodriguez ranks among the top 10 EuroLeague players this decade in total performance index rating, scoring, assists, steals and three-point shots made. His dazzling ballhandling, killer shooting and off-the-charts basketball IQ have made him a fan-favorite across the continent.
