Dimitris Itoudis, CSKA head coach:
Congratulations to Olympiacos. It was obviously the better team on the court. They deserve a lot of credit for the way they played, the way they fought, the way they kept believing. A lot of times in our sport, less is more. We didn’t manage to change the chip. I told my players I take blame for that. In a double week, there is no excuse for us. Again congratulations to Olympiacos, a lot of credit. Last but not least, in my team there are a lot of faces that have brought a lot of joy, a lot of happiness and a lot of pride. Not only winning titles, the way we perform. Today was really one of the worst, if not the worst, endings we had as a team. And that’s what makes me sad. Can we change that? Of course. You know the name of the club. You know my name. You know the players I’m talking about We have this intention and we will do it.
