Dimitris Itoudis, CSKA head coach:
Interesting game for fans but also a good lesson for us. We had a big, double-digit lead and we could not defend or extend it. Zenit also gave us a good lesson regarding the boards, they had 13 offensive rebounds and scored 22 points out of that, their efficiency there was very high. They were missing some significant players also. The game could have gone either ways in the end, both sides equally deserved the win. We played well in the end, Nikola could finish it immediately, great hustle by Will let us regain the ball and let Nikola dunk it. Congratulations to our team for the win. Zenit proved once again that they are very serious competitors.
