Ettore Messina, CSKA head coach:

- It was a very interesting game for both teams. Partizan head coach decided to play with the young players. We did the same as I tried to give maximum time on the court to Dyachok, Zavoruev and Kurbanov and they all helped us a lot. On the other hand Panov and Pashutin did not have a chance to play in this game. They both are the experienced players and we need them in the crucial moments of the other games. The game of CSKA in general was good offensively and in the second half we started to play good defence and of course I should mention the points in transition that helped us to build the lead.
