Despite a difficult first half CSKA managed to win the last game before the start of Euroleague Top-16. CSK VVS did its best to stop Army men - but when Russian champions began to play as they had to everything was over. CSKA won - 79-64 - and made its chances to finish the regular season on the first place even higher.

- The game was important for us as we faced the team that play with such intense as CSK VVS after a weak of hard practices without a single game played. We found our rhythm in offense after the half time and we played good in the defense for all the game long. I guess in two-three days we would be completely ready for the Euroleague TOP16.
