CSKA worked hard not to make the trip to Prague any special. The schedule of the team looked regular. The same as a lot of times before. The practice at USH CSKA that lasted for 2 hours, an hour to get ready for the trip, bus to Vnukovo, charter flight, accommodation in the hotel, dinner, bed time. This time everything went well and CSKA followed the schedule without any delay. There were no changes in the roster. 12 players. Forwards Sergey Panov, Nikita Kurbanov, Vladimir Dyachok, David Vanterpool, Matjaz Smodis, centers Alexey Savrasenko, Tomas Van Den Spiegel, guards Theodoros Papaloukas, Jon Robert Holden, Trajan Langdon, Zakhar Pashutin, Vasily Zavoruev. And of course David Andersen and Anatoly Kashirov. But these two would not be included into the official list of the players.

But of course there were a lot of differences. For the first time CSKA would spend a day outside of Moscow without a single game. Tomorrow the team is scheduled to have two practices. Another difference is the presence in the flight of the relatives of the players and part of the office stuff.
