Today guard Vasily Zavoruev signed the new 3-years contract with CSKA. According to the contract term, the player would spend the first season (or probably, two) on loan in some other club and then would be back to CSKA.
‘Vasily should have an opportunity to have more playing time in the club that shares CSKA philosophy’ – says CSKA president Sergey Kuschenko. – I hope that in a season or two he would be ready to have a strong impact on CSKA game. I really appreciate the fact that during the discussions on the contract Vasily’s representative was more concerned on the players future then on the financial details’.
The club there Zavoruev would be sent on loan will be determined in the next two or three weeks. Most likely it would be the club of the Spanish first division.
