CSKA lost the second game in the Superleague tonight. From the very start the game came hard to the team, though the Army club managed to even the score and to enter the ending with all the chances to win. But the two last possessions were not successful and the final score showed the narrow loss: 74-75.

Khimki – CSKA: 75-74

Ettore Messina, CSKA head coach:

- I want to congratulate Khhimki with the win. This week the team played two big games against Dynamo and CSKA. As you understand we missed David Vanterpool tonight. After a vary hard start we managed to organize the team play in the second and in the third quarters but in the last period Khimki came ‘fresher’ then we did and we did not manage to organize our game especially in the offence well. But anyway the season is long. We have to play tough game in the Top 16 this week and Khimki is going to face Crvena Zvezda. We wish them all the best in the rivalry.
