CSKA did not manage to win the second game of the semifinal series. After being down 0-14 in the first quarter the team came back early in the second half with 42-42. But Dynamo did not let the rival to become the leader even for a while.

CSKA – Dynamo Moscow: 70-84

Ettore Messina, CSKA head coach:

- Dynamo played better tonight from the very start. They were better in all the components. It was my decision to place Tomas Van Den Spiegel on the roster instead of Oskar Torres. I wanted to protect Matjaz Smodis. He suffers a back pain when he plays a lot.

Tonight we were empty. After the Final Four – no matter if the team losses or not – it is normal. We had the same problem last year in the series against UNICS.
