The first CSKA home game was scheduled for October, 13th. But the date that supposed not to bring luck did not work in USH CSKA. CSKA got the lead in the first quarter and never looked back.

CSKA vs. Lokomotiv Rostov: 92-69

Ettore Messina, CSKA head coach:

- It was a good game. Some of our players played better, some were on the level. But it is hard to expect balanced game from the very start of the season. Our player think too much on the court. They have new teammates, new moves so right now it takes time for them to react in a right way. As for our young players Andrei Vorontsevich showed once again that he can help us this season, as for Zabelin and Shved the game showed that they are inexperienced.

Oleg Meleschenko, Lokomotov-Rostov head coach:

- I want to congratulate CSKA on the win. I wish luck to the team that came deep and balanced against us. As for our players I wish they become more aggressive on the both sides of the court.
