The game versus Khimki ended up in a very tough last minute.

CSKA vs. Khimki: 68-64

Ettore Messina, CSKA head coach:

- Obviously after the first game of the Superleague we played against Khimki this game was tough for us. I should won it because it is a huge step to stay on the top of the league. We had several good periods in the game in the second and in the last quarters. We got 9 points lead. But our own mistakes let Khimki to open up the game once more. I would like to mention 2 important moments. First, we limited high scoring team like Khimki far below their average. Second, we got important help from Kashirov and Kurbanov.
