Historical for CSKA Northern American tour continues in Toronto. For the first time our team stepped on the Canadian ground. Players checked-in Westin hotel and participated in the first practice in Air Canada Center.
The flight from Disney country to hockey country was quite easy. Air Canada flight softly touched the air stripe, and in the waiting hall our team was met by Toronto Raptors vice-president Maurizio Gherardini. In the hotel CSKA president Sergey Kushchenko joined the team.
The team immediately continued it's preparations for the game against the Raptors. First training was held in practice arena of Air Canada Center - the main arena was in preparation for the tomorrow's NHL game.
Victor Keyru did not participate in basketball scrimmage because of groin injury. His status for Tuesday game remains uncertain.
Tomorrow the team will have it's first training in weightlifting room and after that Ettore Messina will participate in coaching clinic in Toronto university.
