We can lose but once

After poor start CSKA found a way to tune its offensive machine. In the last quarter of the game against Khimki our team built a big lead and defended its undefeated status in Russian Superleague.

“The start of the game told you how difficult mentally for us was to play after the loss in Siena. As you know we also had to rehabilitate ourselves before our home crowd. We started nervous, went down by 12. But after that we found some aggressiveness and played very good second half winning by big margin in the end. From that moment we won the other part of the game by 28. I cannot say we don’t have problems. Actually we still do not have the team. But if you remember we were able to use our full roster in maybe 5 or 6 games this season. Now we are like San Antonio Spurs which is the great team when it plays with Ginobili, Duncan, Parker and Finley. But all the year they are missing some of this players…”
