Today in the PBC CSKA offices a contract was signed between the Army club and center Dragan Tarlac (210 centimeters, 09.05.1973). It is a two-year contract under the 1+1 system.
Immediately after the signing of the contract, PBC CSKA general director Sergey Kushchenko introduced the team’s new player, and Dragan Tarlac went into the locker room to join his teammates, who are holding their first practice with the entire roster together.
