CSKA defeated Dynamo Moscow Region in the fifth round of the regular season in Euroleague and stayed undefeated in this season. It was fifth win of the Army team in this season.

At the beginning of the game Dynamo played better. This moment Vyshniauskas and Taylor were the best. When Dynamo leaded 14-7, the head coach of CSKA Dusan Ivkovic asked for time-out. After it he substituted Dragan Tarlac who had 3 fouls already. This pause helped his team to concentrate. Our sniper’s duet Holden and Brown started to score points. Before 2 minutes to the first rest CSKA became a leader. This quarter finished with the score 28-24.

It was seems that the Army team will defeat opponents easily, but CSKA defense could not do something with Johnny Taylor who became the best sniper of the game (33 points).

On the 23 minute of the game Sergey Monya added 3 point to his account, and improve CSKA leading to +10. The third quarter finished with 75-60.

In the last quarter Dragan Tarlac and Alexander Bashminov couldn’t help their team, they had 5 fouls. The last center Alexey Savrasenko played last 10 minutes on this position. After his 2 point on the 33 minute CSKA was leading against Dynamo with 19 points (86-67). On the last second Egor Vialtsev could add last point for his team, but the score didn’t change after his beautiful flight with the ball. CSKA defeated Dynamo 98-84.
