CSKA trailed by 19 in the first half of the game in Istanbul but had great third quarter and regained the lead in the beginning of fourth. But Efes Pilsen made deciding run and managed to win.

Efes Pilsen vs. CSKA: 86-72

Dusko Vujosevic, CSKA head coach:
My congratulations to colleague Perasovic with well-deserved victory. We started very bad, we let the opponents gain big margin which helped them win in the end. Efes Pilsen played more disciplined and team game, they had 21 assists and therefore they had better shooting percentage. We played good in part of the game and we could break the game, but in these moments we had to play better defense and shot selection. But we did neither. From now every Euroleague game is the most important one for us.
