Every loss increases the pressure on us in the next game. The team had a desire to play tonight; we defended well, but did not rebound and made 17 turnovers. Besides we shot with a bad percentage in deciding moments. UNICS showed good game, they prepared well. Obviously they had less pressure in comparison to VTB League game in Kazan and they are a quality team. CSKA always wants to win in Moscow. But it is not easy to play the same opponent twice in a week. We are in difficult situation in Euroleague, and the games of VTB League and PBL created necessary balance. As for the players’ motivation – we are not in the kindergarten. Everyone should think about his motivation and to add it to the team’s motivation. Surely, the responsibility is on coach too. But in the deciding games the players should accept the responsibility and to react. But when the team plays under pressure I don’t see the reason to add more aggression to my behavior. I don’t believe it will help us to win. But still I understand my responsibility. We used two point guards and it should be helping in organizing the game. Gordon dominates physically on his position. He keeps the ball more than it necessary sometimes but we don’t have better options with today’s roster. We were lacking the passes to the paint but our “bigs” had low percentage of converting this passes into scoring tonight.
