Maccabi Tel-Aviv became the leader of group G. So, our trams could reach each other only in the final game of Final Four. But if 2 Italian clubs will become winners of other 2 groups, Maccabi and CSKA can face in the semifinal.

The winners of those four new Top 16 groups will advance to the Final Four, to be played April 29 to May 1 in Tel Aviv. Semifinal games: D1-E1, F1-G1. This scheme will change if two teams from the same country will reach Final Four. In this case they will play against each other.
