Some nerves for the beginning

As I expected, as I told to the guys beforehand, the game was difficult. I can repeat: Russian league is good, there are a number of good teams here, everyone can play a good game. I supposed that our players will be too calm after the previous game. Still it’s good that we won – during the playoffs the point margin does not matter, and we lead 1-0. The opponents had Brezec back, he scored on several shots on the last seconds of possessions, they moved well on a perimeter, it was difficult to defend there, and we often defended wrong against pick-n-rolls. We missed several three-pointer in the beginning, Samara crowded the paint, besides we made just one foul in the first quarter. The positive thing is that we found our game finally and made the right decisions in the end.
