Today in the last day of summer first players of PBC CSKA American players Jon Robert Holden and Antonio Granger returned to Moscow. Lately evening Marcus Brown also will come to Moscow.

Sergey Bazarevich - the head coach of CSKA junior team

Today Sergey Bazarevic became the head coach of CSKA junior team. He will replace Eugeny Pashutin who became the assistant of Dusan Ivkovic in the main team.

The playmaker of PBC CSKA and Greece National Team Theodoros Papaloukas became the best stealer of the Olympic basketball tournament in Athens.

Olympic Games-2004: without medals

The Olympic basketball tournament was over by the win of Argentina National Team who defeat Italia in the final: 89-64. All three representatives of the army club stayed without medals of the Olympic Games.

Russian NT to play in USH CSKA

The game of the qualifying stage of European Championship-2005 between Russian and Sweden National Teams will take place in USH CSKA on September, 11. The forthcoming game will become the first official home game for the new coaching staff of Russian team.

Yesterday the second day of the secong stage of the group tounament of basketball Olympic tournament was over. The first player of CSKA who entered on the court was David Andersen from Australian National Team.

Attention sport journalists! We are starting credential company for the home games of PBC CSKA in 2004/05 season. This accreditation will be valid for all home games of the team in Russian Championship and Euroleague ULEB.

Army players in Athens

Three players of PBC CSKA are representing our club on the basketball tournament on Olympic Games in Athens, Greece. The center of Lithuanian National team Ksystof Lavrinovic started the tournament from the game against Angola.

Bashminov will play in Poland next season

The center of Russian NT and CSKA Alexander Bashminov will spent next season in Prokom Poland who became the national champion last year. His new club will participate in Euroleague ULEB.

Accreditation to CSKA – Utah Jazz game

We are starting accreditation for the pre-season game CSKA Moscow – Utah Jazz which will take place in Universal Sport Hall CSKA on October, 8, 2004. A two-page credential application form must be completed in order for the request to be reviewed.

Ksystof Lavrinovic in CSKA

Center of Lithuanian National Team Ksystof Lavrinovic (209, 1979) signed a 3-year contract with PBC CSKA. Last season he played in Ural Great Perm where he won Russian Cup.

Eugeny Pashutin – assistant coach of PBC CSKA

The management of the club decided to appoint the coach of Russian National Team and the coach of the junior team in 2003/04 season Eugeny Pashutin as an assistant coach of PBC CSKA.

Panov to finish his career in CSKA

PBC CSKA inked the contract with the veteran of the army club 10-times Russian Champion Sergey Panov. He signed new 2-year contract. Last season Sergey was chosen as a captain of the team.
