Playing tired in the end of the game or team defended Russian championship title beating Krasnye Krylia on Weems three-pointer.

Krasnye Krylia vs. CSKA: 66-68 (+2)

Ettore Messina, CSKA head coach:
We are happy to win this championship. This year we have a lot of excellent teams: Krasnye Krylia won Russian Cup and got to the Eurochallenge Final Four, Lokomotiv-Kuban won Eurocup, Khimki and Triumph are having great seasons, we have classical opponents like UNICS and Spartak, Spartak-Primorye is winning despite the difficulties. It was a difficult tournament. We played excellent first and second quarters, third quarter was also not bad but in the fourth we just switched off. Hopefully, we will remember this lesson because the same attitude can cost us a lot in other games. This kind of relaxations created a lot of problems for us this season, we are trying to change the situation but we did not succeed yet.
