Dimitris Itoudis, CSKA head coach:
We talked in halftime about our two-pointers; we missed a lot of layups or dunks or whatever. We were kind of nervous because that’s not normal. The guys that were missing have been making all day long those shots and they will make those shots. So we kind of got in a problem with that, but we kept defending and we believed in that. We said if we keep missing and it’s not our shooting day, we have to go and support those things. And we did support well. And as you can see, the deep bench helped us a lot. Joel [Bolomboy] came deep from the bench and gave us the extra boost that we wanted. Definitely that three-point turnover, the psychology of the team, the whole conception of after the start 0-8 was about fighting and defending and making stops. And I think we have to be proud of it. I told you [at halftime] that we have to be proud of how we came back in the game. Even though we were not up, we were losing by 2, we found a way to come back. This is a tough team to beat, so congratulations to my players. Congratulations to Bayern, this is a very ambitious team and they fight until the end.
