CSKA won the 2007/08 Russian championship by finishing the series versus Khimki in three games. It is the 6th championship in a row and the 15th in the history of Russia.

Khimki vs. CSKA:78-88

Ettore Messina, CSKA head coach:

- I am very happy and proud with this win. We played Russian championship Dynamo and Khimki series after the Final Four and we went 6-0 that was extremely difficult. We showed great mentality, we stayed together as a team. No one in the club expected us to win all three games in the Finals in a row. And I think everyone should be happy because of that.
