The pressure of the sellout huge arena did not scare CSKA. For the third time in a row the team demonstrated its obvious playing advantage in the game against Partizan and for the seventh time in as many years CSKA earned the right to play in the Euroleague Final Four.

Partizan vs. CSKA: 56-67

Ettore Messina:

“Obviously it was a very difficult game. My players played with brain, heart and a very good discipline for 40 minutes. For our club this is an incredible result to get to seventh Final Four in 7 years. Especially taking into account that we changed so much during the preseason. We are happy for our veterans, for newcomers, for the fans, for the club’s management. I wish Partizan, my great friends Sasha Danilovic and Dule Vujosevic all the luck. They play a great season and they have a number of promising players for the future of the team.”
