CSKA played up to the level of show

The hosts of sold out comfortable arena in Gdynya colored the first game of their renewed team in front of the home crowd with great show but they couldn't enjoy the result. CSKA withstand difficult end of the game getting its first away win.

Prokom Sopot vs. CSKA: 63-64

“We deserved to win in this difficult game. In the first half we allowed the opponents to score a lot of easy points in fast break. In the second we were able to stop Prokom, organized our offense and showed our character in the end. The goal of playing against strong opponent is to let the team’s leaders to get into shape and from this point we can’t ask for more than we had today.”
