The game was difficult because it was our first official game. We felt the pressure because we were expected to win. The opponent demonstrated very good game in the first half. They played long possessions on offense waiting for us to make a mistake, they played aggressive, pressured us on a point guard position. It was obvious that they hoped for a good result. Lietuvos Rytas is a quality team which came here to win. At the same time we tried to transform our nervousness into agressiveness, to be more active on the rebounds, to play faster. I was not satisfied with our game under the baskets. We allowed the opponents to win 8 offensive rebounds. I am satisfied with the result in means of the first game and taking into account that we missed four key players. We know about our weaknesses and we will work hard to improve.
