PBC CSKA has begun talks with the well-known sports apparel company AND1. At the recent tournament in Novi Sad (Serbia and Montenegro) PBC CSKA CEO Sergey Kushchenko met with AND1 International vice president Mark MacKay.

By the start of the final game, the fans began to pile into the Sports Palace, which until then had been only half full. The only empty seats were behind the basket. Flags of CSKA and Russia appeared in the stands.

For most of the first quarter, Serb forward Vladimir Tica practically played one-on-five against the entire Virtus lineup. With seven minutes gone, the score was 12-12, 10 of which came from the hands of the Hemofarm player.

Today the Army club played its final practice game at their training camp in Serbia. In the rematch with Hemofarm, the CSKA coaching staff let the team leaders rest, giving more playing time to the younger players.

Тoday CSKA’s main roster played its second-to-last game at the training camp in Serbia. The Army team played the local club Hemofarm in the city of Vrsac. Having trailed at one point by 17 points, Dusan Ivkovic’s team was able to gain momentum and earn a victory.

Today CSKA left Belgrade for Novi Sad to play a practice game with the local club Vojevodina. The starting five for CSKA was: Yegor Vyaltsev, Marcus Brown, Anton Yudin, Sergei Panov and Alexander Bashminov. CSKA could not get things going offensively in the first quarter, often using up the entire shot clock.

Yesterday in Belgrade CSKA met the club’s new player - Mirsad Turkcan. The CSKA coaching staff gave Mirsad a short vacation after his team’s participation in the European Championships.

In the final minutes of the quarterfinal of the European Championships, CSKA forward Sergey Monya came down wrong after jumping and injured his league. Sergey had to be assisted off the court.

Today CSKA played another practice game at their training camp in Serbia. This time their sparring partner was the Belgrade club Red Star.

Late yesterday evening our club leadership came to an agreement regarding the loan of CSKA guard Zakhar Pashutin to the Perm club Ural Great for one season. After the end of the European Championships, Pashutin will join the Russian runner-up.

Today CSKA won the Cacak basketball tournament, defeating FMP Zeleznik in the final by a score of 90-83.

Yesterday the CSKA senior and junior teams played their first games since traveling to Cacak against teams from KK Borac (Serbia and Montenegro). Both army teams won.
