Yesterday the meeting between CEO of PBC CSKA Sergey Kushchenko and the coach of the army club Sergey Tikhonenko who worked on probation in USA last two seasons took place in our office.

Today newcomer of CSKA David Andersen went threw the medical exam in Moscow, which showed, that a player is healthy and ready to play in the Army team.

CSKA junior team finished vacations and started practices. Now players U-17 are practicing in USH CSKA under Leonid Spirin coaching. Second group of players U-19 will start practices on August, 2.

Russian junior team moved to the quarterfinal of the U-20 European championship in Brno, Czech Republic. The team of Yury Selikhov won 4 games from 5 on the group stage. In the last game they lose to the Spain team 69-92.

Today an agreement between Euroleague ULEB and Russian Sport TV about the broadcast of the games was reached. They completed 3-years agreement which is begin to work from this season.

The 2004-05 Euroleague draw has ended, and here are the groups that will play the 14-game regular season. CSKA who has seeded in the first cup became the head of the group C.
